If my club gets £1 per entry what happens to the other £1?

The £2 is split into two parts, approximately 50p goes towards the prize fund, and the 50p remaining goes to pay for the administration behind Clubdraw.

Are there a minimum/maximum number of players?

There is no limit on the number of people to have within the lottery. Our existing clients range from having 10’s of entries to 1,000’s of entries. The more players you recruit the more profit you make.

Who is behind Clubdraw?

Clubdraw are administered by Sterling Management Centre who have been lottery administrators for over 30 years. We are a team of 42 experienced staff operating in Cumbria.

How will the winners find out if they have won

The winning members will be forwarded their prizes automatically by post each week directly following the draw. The winning numbers will also be available on the Clubdraw winners hotline, and the Clubdraw website.

What are the odds of our players winning a prize?

The odds of winning any prize are 1 in 63.

Can I monitor where the new members are coming from?

Yes you can, any leaflets or application forms can be tagged with a source code which can be related to a place, particular mailing, sales person or other activity.

What tasks do I need to carry out each week?

All you have to do is concentrate on promoting and selling the lottery. We take care of all the routine administration.

Are there any agencies that can help me with the promotion of my lottery?

We have a very good relationship with a number of companies who provide a variety of different fundraising services that we can introduce you to.

What kind of support do we receive for promotion

We have a Client Manager that will be on hand to offer ongoing advice. To get you started you will receive 250 free leaflets, a page on the Clubdraw web site allowing for members to join on line and free promotional posters.

Do I have to fill any forms in once I have registered?

Lottery returns have to be submitted to the Local Authority or Gambling Commission within 3 months of each draw being run. These are fairly easy to complete and we will provide you with the details you will require on a monthly basis to allow you to complete these forms.

Who owns the members data?

All the data gathered from your members belongs to you and you can request access at anytime. We supply you with weekly updates of new members and winners
